Office Info

The Seagate Office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage was established on January 1, 2006. Originally, the current office location was part of the residential housing for Air Force personnel during the years that Myrtle Beach Air Force base was in operation. After the closing of the base, the homes were released for sale to the public with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage New Homes Division handling the marketing and sales of these homes. Once the Seagate Village community was sold out, the keys to the model home were turned over to the Residential Division of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, and the new office was born.

In 2008, an exciting new neighbor came to Seagate Village - Market Common. This master planned community is the centerpiece of the base redevelopment project and seeks to be the new urban center of Myrtle Beach with its mix of retail, restaurant and residential properties in a pedestrian friendly setting. Seagate has easy access to all Market Common has to offer including the beautiful Grand Lake & Grand Park.
